華星東方公司承建的河北省定州市中節(jié)能定州環(huán)保能源有限公司生活垃圾焚燒發(fā)電一期項(xiàng)目煙氣凈化工程于2021年6月17日通過(guò)72+24小時(shí)試運(yùn)行。
The flue gas cleaning (FGC) project undertaken by Huaxing East for CECEP Dingzhou waste-to-energy plant in Dingzhou, Hebei passed the 72 + 24 hours trial operation on June 17, 2021.
該項(xiàng)目建設(shè)1x600t/d機(jī)械爐排爐，配置1x12MW凝汽式汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組。煙氣處理采用SNCR＋旋轉(zhuǎn)噴霧半干法＋活性炭噴射＋干粉噴射+布袋除塵器+SCR脫硝（中溫）+飛灰輸送、儲(chǔ)存及穩(wěn)定化工藝，為我司EPC工程。
The plant will build a 1x600 t/d mechanical grate, equipping with 1x12 mw condensing steam turbine. FGC applies SNCR + rotary spray semi-dry + activated carbon injection+dry powder spraying+bag filter + SCR de-nitration(Medium temperature)+ fly ash conveying, storage, and stabilization process. It is an EPC project of Huaxing.
